Suppose you have a problem that Eddie doesn’t have listed in his cues. In that case, he’ll try to get more specific since his creators have identified the most common scenarios where users may feel that their query is not particularly standard. Eddie’s a pretty serious guy. He does, after all, deal with payments and the important business of keeping homes lit and warm. When he can’t decipher your query, he’ll ask whether you want to speak to someone (a human) and proceed to take your contact details so that someone can assist more directly.
It’s easy to see how Eddie makes things convenient for users. Instead of dialing in and going through various departments, clients can quickly self serve and use Eddie’s prompts to get information or support on typical queries – at any time of the night or day.
Health concerns are a prevalent topic, and organizations increasingly recognize the helpful role that AI can play in assisting patients quickly, discreetly, and efficiently. Prostate Cymru supports men on the many difficult issues surrounding prostate disease and prostate cancer, and it does so by offering education, treatment, equipment, and funding for research. The charity specifically assists men in Wales to give them access to the best available treatments locally.
