Need clarification?

Can you explain the pricing please?

Sure! As you'll see, there are 3 tiers.

Our Starter editions are pay as you go, monthly recurring costs of £499+VAT billed every month via debit or credit card. You can cancel any time. You can also pay for the year in advance, which will bring a 10% discount your way :)

Our Pro and enterprise editions are sold on 1 - 5 year licenses, with the annual fee billed a year in advance. If at any time you wish to cancel, we'd need 30 days notice before your next renewal date.

Discounts are offered on multi year commitments; 10% for 3 years, 15% for 4 years and a whopping 20% for 5 years!

We do also offer bespoke pricing should you have specific requirements that don't fit into any of the above. Our team would be happy to talk this through so chat to our bot about it and we'll be in touch!

Is there a tier you'd recommend?

Our most popular is Professional, and it's used by organisations with 10 or more people in the contact centre, or 50 people across the whole organisation. This is where optimal savings start to kick in because the time saved through the automations you can build really starts to offset the monthly license fee.

If you're a team of 20 or under, our Starter edition could well do the job, but you can upgrade at any time.

Organisations of 250+ should probably consider the enterprise edition, but we're always happy to advise - just drop the bot a message and we'll be in touch.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely, and the costs would simply be pro rated. If for example you'd spent 6 months on out Pro edition but now you need to go Enterprise, we simply calculate the cost for the remainder of that year and bill you accordingly. When a new billing cycle starts (ie month 13), we'll bill for the full 12 months in advance at the Pro edition level.

We'll always be fair and flexible so never be afraid to ask - we're here to help you make the most of your automation budget.

Do I really get all the feature, no matter what plan I choose?

Hell yes! This is where we differ from the competition. We want you to feel the full power of our platform regardless of which tier you purchase. The only limits will be those placed on channel (ie how many places your bots can live), and messages. Other than that, knock yourself out!
