Is there a tier you'd recommend?
Our most popular is Professional, and it's used by organisations with 10 or more people in the contact centre, or 50 people across the whole organisation. This is where optimal savings start to kick in because the time saved through the automations you can build really starts to offset the monthly license fee.
If you're a team of 20 or under, our Starter edition could well do the job, but you can upgrade at any time.
Organisations of 250+ should probably consider the enterprise edition, but we're always happy to advise - just drop the bot a message and we'll be in touch.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely, and the costs would simply be pro rated. If for example you'd spent 6 months on out Pro edition but now you need to go Enterprise, we simply calculate the cost for the remainder of that year and bill you accordingly. When a new billing cycle starts (ie month 13), we'll bill for the full 12 months in advance at the Pro edition level.
